What Does Healthy Look Like?

What does healthy look like to you? Pick up any fitness magazine and you will definitely see somebody else's opinion of what a healthy body should look like. With the right lighting, camera, angles, photo shopping and makeup artists we could all look like that, too. That’s why we at Reliv strive to be as authentic as possible.
You probably even have some unrealistic mental images of what you think healthy looks like. It could be someone you know, or what you looked like 10-20 years ago. It is really hard not to compare ourselves to others in general. It is part of our human nature. I catch myself doing it daily, and it is even worse when I am at the gym. The grass always seems greener on the other side.
Size “Healthy”
I have yet to see a clothing label with the size "healthy" on it. That’s because our healthy size isn't about a size at all. Being healthy isn’t always defined by what you see in the mirror. What really matters is what’s going on inside in terms of nutrition, a good diet, exercise, etc.
Own YOUR Healthy
Reliv is a daily reminder that YOUR healthy may not look like anyone else's healthy. What is more important than what the healthy version of you looks like, is what the healthy version of you FEELS like.
One of my mantras is "fitness is a feeling." It is the reason why the tagline of Reliv’s Fit3 is "Get Fit. Feel Fit. Stay Fit.” Did you catch that middle part? Feel Fit!
